What is a clawback?

Follow

A clawback is money deducted from an affiliate's commission because the customer returned an item, canceled an order, or processed a chargeback. The clawback is created when a refund is issued. The clawback will create a negative value on the affiliate's ledger that can be deducted from future commission payments. Affiliates can view the clawback information on their ledger.
