I was emailed a payment declined, how can I pay it?


Register for Customer Hub

We have a great system setup for you to manage your account, subscriptions, and invoices. If you don't have a customerhub account registered with us you will want to get one set up right away. 

1. You can register using the link below:

2. Fill out the form on the resulting page*.
 *Please be sure to use the same email address and password you used when purchasing.

3. Once you've filled out the form click the "Register my account" button. 

Already Registered?

If you are already registered, you can use the link below to sign in:

  1. Navigate to the "My Account" and from the dropdown click on "invoices".
  2. From here you will see a list of your purchases/payments. Click the "pay now" link next to the product you want to pay an outstanding balance on.
