If you are having trouble joining our private Facebook community, there are two common reasons for requests being denied:
#1- You have not purchased one of our products or services. Our private Facebook community is for members only. If you have not purchased one of our products or services your access will be denied. This ensures our group is only populated with current, active members.
#2- Your name on Facebook is different than the name in our system. If the name on your Facebook profile is different than the one we have on record for you, please contact Client Concierge. That way we can verify you and approve your request.
